Hosted Venues - a great way to organise a treatment day for group bookings.

These are locations where arrangements have been made to 'host' our service. They could be anything from regular bike meetings, biker cafes, biking forum meets or just a general get together. Anywhere in fact that fellow bikers can meet up socialise, and have a chat while we carry out treatment to the bikes. For an example of what's involved have a look in the Testimonials section.

We will treat bikes on a 'drop-in' basis while we're there, but pre-booked bikes take priority and we cannot guarantee there will be enough time left to treat your bike, so it's best to book.

Depending on how far away you are from our base, we need to have a minimum number of similar bookings within an area roughly 20 miles from your location, (don't worry, you don't have to arrange that, we do). Once enough bookings are in for your area we'll contact you by email or phone to arrange dates. Please note this could take several weeks depending on the number of people booking in your area.

If you live further than 60 miles from our base then we'll need to have at least 2-3 bikes booked at your location or in the general area  on the day, they could be your own or a couple of mates who would like theirs treated along with yours.

Our Mobile Unit will come out to you . A couple of things have to be in place for this to work.

"Some people won't have the space or facility to accomodate more than their own bike, in this case we'll attempt to find a 'host' local to you. If you think you could 'host' one or two bikes for the day please indicate so on the booking form. Remember, we need to have at least 2-3 bikes at each location. We'll make the neccessary contacts and arrangements. For more details see here."

If you live within a 60 mile radius of our base near Darlington then simple fill in the Booking Request form opposite and we'll contact you to arrange a date and time for us to visit you, usually within a week.

The interactive map opposite indicated the locations where venues are currently, or planning, to be Hosted. If one of these is in an area you would like to attend, simply scroll down the page and view the table showing the Venue Location, Date and Current Status. Click on the button next to the venue you want and you'll be taken to the appropriate Booking Form.

Some Venues are dependant on having a minimum number of bikes being booked in before a date can be set. The date for these will be shown as TBA (to be advised). Once sufficiant Booking have been recieved for a particular Venue we will allocate a date which will be posted next to the venue button. We will also contact all those who have registered to inform you of the date, allocated time slots for treatment and to confirm you want to attend.

A mobile motorbike service facility will attend some of these Venues (depending on demand). The unit is operated by Mark from Motorcycle Republic and can carry out minor service / repair work or parts fitting if required. Details are on the Booking Request form.

Venues posted as 'Private Venue' have been allocated to Clubs / Forums / and Private Hosts who have pre-booked a certain number of places and therefore have priority of booking. If individuals cancel or the required number of bikes needed for these venues is not reached then the Status will be changed to accept additional booking from anyone wanting a place. If you have been unable to book a place please check back to see if the Status has changed.
